March 8th This week's shipment to Southside Library was the boxes of materials which were processed directly, over the past year, in the Technical Services Department in the basement of the Main Library. Media materials, donated items, local purchases, special orders, etc., had been accumulating under the lightwell on the Nusbaum Alley side of Main.

March 8th Wednesday the boxes were hauled to Southside, and by Thursday the new library was buzzing with activity; the usual unpacking, checking in, shelving, phones ringing; work on the grounds, the architect's guys with unrolled plans,

March 8th and meanwhile artists were at work in the front entry and in the children's room...

February 28th Shelves in the children's room are filling up.

February 28th Movers delivering boxes of books from the old Bookstop branch.
