Join us while author John Lonergan discusses his book AI Without the Jargon: A Simple Guide for the Computer-Challenged. During this presentation and in his book, he answers such questions as:

What is AI?

What are the various types of AI?

What are some of the practical, real-world examples of how I can use it in everyday life?

Lonergan is a founder of five companies, two in microbiology. He has worked in the microbiology field for 15 years. Living in France and Germany, he worked with hospitals and microbiology research labs throughout the world.

He created the "Robert Cook Medical Mystery" series, including (1) Containment, (2) Outbreak and (3) Contagion, just published in July 2025. In addition, he has published "Doors of Santa Fe," a photography book about...well...doors in Santa Fe. And he recently published "AI Without the Jargon", a how-to book to use AI in everyday life.

Lonergan's books will be available for purchase at this event!
