Understanding and Releasing Limiting Beliefs: A Transformational Workshop for Artists & Creatives
Beliefs are powerful subconscious programs, working behind the scenes, impacting many aspects of our lives. Our beliefs create results in our lives that may seem inevitable, but are actually the result of these pre-written scripts. When we consciously change our beliefs, or just bring awareness to them, our realities can shift in powerful ways.
In this immersive writing workshop, we’ll explore the personal and collective beliefs that hold artists back—myths like “the starving artist,” “creativity isn’t practical,” or humanity’s fundamental limiting belief, “I’m not good enough.” Together, we’ll explore where these beliefs originated, if they’re impacting us, and whether they still serve us.
You’ll be guided to gently release limiting beliefs and create new beliefs supporting your art, your success, and your full creative expression. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a personalized New Belief Blueprint along with simple, grounding daily practices to anchor your new beliefs in your life.
This workshop will be a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space, welcoming artists and creators from all backgrounds and experience levels.
