Request a School Visit

Please fill out the form with as many details as possible. A librarian will contact you to arrange a visit. Some general guidelines.

Please try to submit a request form at least four weeks in advance of desired visit date.
Trips to the library should have no more than 60 students.

Schools should try to provide one adult chaperone per 15 students.

If yes, please have families complete Library Card Applications. If they already have a library card and complete the application, they will receive a new card. Educators, please submit all classroom applications to your library contact at least two weeks prior to your visit.
