Family Caregivers Support Group

Come to a free support group for Family Caregivers at the Southside Library every first and third Wednesday of the month.

If you are caring for a loved one who is an adult (18+), with a chronic disease, condition, or disability – you are a caregiver, and we can help. The high demands of caring for a loved one can result in experiencing increased levels of stress.

Groups offer understanding, validation, and acceptance and provide a compassionate and comforting space for family caregivers to connect to one another. 

This program is provided in partnership with the Family Caregiver Center of New Mexico. Registration required.
