Read the book—or just join the conversation.
Books Behind the Business is a chance to hear real stories, ask questions, and learn from local business owners.

The March 24th Books Behind the Business event will feature Louis Jeantete, Executive Director of the Encantado Foundation. He will discuss ideas from the influential leadership book Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits. The book highlights how organizations that create lasting change approach leadership, collaboration, and impact.

Presenter

Louis Jeantete stewards The Encantado Foundation, a charitable foundation dedicated to strengthening the technology workforce in Central and Northern New Mexico through education and workforce development initiatives. As Executive Director, he oversees grant programs, partnerships, and community engagement efforts.

Books Behind the Business

Books Behind the Business discussion series will bring local entrepreneurs, business owners, and social enterprise leaders together to share the books that shaped their journeys. Each session will feature a guest speaker discussing a book that influenced their leadership, strategy, or innovation, followed by an engaging conversation with attendees.
